I suggest you go to a place which offers manicures and ask these questions about the codes and legality. As for health, washing hands/feet before a manicure will aid in this task. Using sterile instruments (nail clippers, small curved scissors, emory boards, etc) is just common health practice.Manicure hygiene ans safety precautions plz help?
All items used must be put into a sterilized , hot area. If you are getting a manicure and they make you bleed- not good! That is why I always make sure that their tools they are using on me come STARIGHT out of the sterilzation machine.
