i don't know what u call a manicure but i was taught that its simply keeping ur nails clean,smooth and pushing back ur cuticles, which can be done very simply, soak in warm soapy water (i do my dishes) then push back the cuticles with an orange stick while still soft, even out the tips, moisturize apply polish.How can u manicure @ home?
