start by soaking your feet . . . then remove previous nail polish . . . buff feet with a pumice stone and moisturize. separate toes and push back cuticles and paint nails . . . clean up any errors with a bit of remover on a cotton swab,
follow the same steps for the hands . . . but eliminate the pumice stone if you don't have crazy thick callouses
