im a nail bitter so i normally bite it off but what sometimes work is soak ur fingers in nail polish remover for a while and it should come off but theres always the option of going to the nail salon. one way to get jewels off your nails is to take a little bowl of container and fill it with strong fingernail polish remover or acetone and soak the finger with the jewel on it in the remover and let it sit for a minute or so...this will help eat away the glue holding the jewel on the nail...i hope this will help you...
grab your eyebrow tweezer and poke at the sides of the rhinestone, then try to shuffle the tweezer underneath the rhinestone and pick it off.
also , try to get under the rhinestone with a toothpick or a needle and pop it off.
Go back to the salon and have them remove it. They should have solvents that will release the glue.

um, try nail polish remover.
rinse it in hot water then try to get it off again
go to the place you got it and ask them why this is happening
