at a training night/day ,i got a free set of gel nails done in glasgow at a college u can get a lot of things done 4 free so long as don't mind avin a trainee do them

I once got a free manicure at a department store, a lady asked if she could do my nails so she did, and she was aiming to sell me the products, but you didn't have to.

Try going to a cosmetology school. After all, they have to practice on someone, so it probably will be really cheap or no money at all.
It won't be free, but will only cost about 拢3. Call your local college, students need people to practise on, but they are over seen by their qualified tutor. You can also get lots of other cheap facials, waxing, haircuts etc.
