Manicure ideas anyone?

I want to give myself a manicure. Not like with nail polish, but to make my hands moisturized and things like that. Videos, links, and directions would all be great :)Manicure ideas anyone?
Start out by putting some warm water and olive oil in a large bowl and soaking your hands in it for a few minutes. This will moisturize your hands and soften your nails (they will be easier to file this way).

To file them (they would be short and slightly rounded with just a little bit of the white tips for a classic look that looks good with any polish):

-Use short strokes (don't saw back and forth, it will ruin your nails)

-Smooth until you have the desired shape and there are no jagged edges.

-Use cuticle cream or oil (plain olive oil will work well too) on your cuticles, apply with a cotton ball.

-Use a cuticle pusher (use metal, not wooden, because wooden spread bacteria) to GENTLY push back your cuticles.

-Use nail polish remover on your nails to clean them. This will help your polish last longer.

-Apply a clear base coat, two coats of color (more if it's really sheer), and then a clear top coat, allowing to dry in between coats.

-Once your nails are dry, apply a moisturizing lotion

Good luck!Manicure ideas anyone?
