I want to get black tips instead of white (btw doin this by myself) for the neutral color (I only have french pink) do I still use that or do I jus use the top coat??French manicure help ?

i normally do black tips, pick base, and a white flower to blend everything. it makes good use of the white if you buy a french kit.French manicure help ?

Most will just put top coat over. Unless you like the look of french pink over, then your able to do so.
