Well there are a few things that can cause the white to turn yellow and brown...if you are tanning that could cause it pretty quickly...certain cleaning chemicals could also do this...keeping in mind that the polish was probably no good since it turned colors that quickly...you need to call the salon and let them know and they should redo it for you for free...What makes french manicured tips turn brown?
they used a old bottle of clear nail polish which caused it to turn.
