Apply a clear, smooth top coat first, then wait till it dries. Then, put some tape in the shape that you want the manicure to be on your fingernail, leaving the tip free of tape. Then paint white nail polish over the tip. (the tape is so that you get a perfect line. It's kind of confusing but basically what i'm saying is get a piece of tape, fit it on the part of the nail that you want to stay clear, and paint the non-taped part, which should be the tip, white. That way you can get a perfect line) Repeat above procedure for all of you nails. Then, after the white dries, apply a top coat, and it should last long and look beautiful. sorry i cant express much in english but...
it so easy to do frensh nails.
1st way: get a the whitest polish that have a very tiny brush, u put the polish @ de end of ur nails, then u get a transparent or the light white or rose polish and put it over the white. u can put 2 couches.
2nd way: get a scotches (glue for papers u can take it of its so thin and transparent, not a liquid, i think we call it scotches), ok u put at al ur nail exept edges( so the line would be straight), then u bring the white color(u can use the normal brush) u put it at the end of ur nails. when it s dry u take the scotches of and than u put over the transparent, rose or light white. olso u can put up to three couches.
u can use alma(13 and 17) very beautifull colors

I wear clear nail polish when I can't have a French manicure, and I still love the effect it has on the nails. Clear nail polish is one thing that will suit all women whatever their skin tone. It's one of those rare things!
u put on the white on the tips of ur nails where they are white. let it dry. cover with the pink/ brigie coat. let it dry and cover with clear top coat. let it dry and ur done should last the same as nail polish
