How good are manicures vrs false nails?

I have really good, long, healthy nails and I want to get that really beautiful acrilic nail look- or at least the perfect french tip. If I paid for a manicure instead of getting false nails- how well would that turn out? Would it look the same, better, worse, etc. Anyone have any experince with this?How good are manicures vrs false nails?
DO NOT get acrylic nails!..they will completly ruin your nice nails and can actually cause permanent damage to them and the surrounding area. they suffocate your nails and make them so dry and brittle and just awful. a manicure is well worth it.! you might pay $20 maximum for the french tip look.How good are manicures vrs false nails?
if they ask ';is it good for my nails?'; I'll be honest. I'm more into 'natural' beauty care so I tell most people to avoid majority of nail polish products anyways

i wouldnt get false nails if you already have healthy nails. false nails thin out out your nails. and im sure a manicure would look better anyway.
i prefer icyrics they look really femmine but manicures look good but theyre not that good
Don't get acrylic nails, they will ruin your natural nails. Have a professional manicurists, not one who works in a place that has specials for 10 bucks, do your nails. To make them look the most natural use ';Madamoiselle'; from Essie on the nail bed and ';Marshmallow'; from Essie on the tips. Sheer pinks on the nail bed are much better looking than beiges.
i prefer manicures because fake nails ruin your real nails when they come off. it leaves some glue and stuff, and it is not great. plus fake nails are sorta just annoying because they are not your real nails and are sometimes annoyingly long. plus manicures usually look better than fake nails b/c most people can tell fake from real.
